Plans are great placeholders. Change comes from doing.
Who I Am
Mindfulness and meditation sit at the heart of how I live and I bring more than 10 years of study and practice in these two disciplines to my coaching.
I came to mindfulness hoping to become more fulfilled, happy, and healthy. But over time I realized the more deeply I weaved the practices into my life, the more fulfilled I felt by sharing them with others; by helping them find more joy and meaning in their life. I have always been drawn to connect with people on a deeper level – to learn what they really want – and helping others gain more awareness, clarity, and ease offered a tangible way to support their growth.
So I made a leap. After a decade working in public relations and executive communications in the tech industry I left to pursue coaching full time. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made.
I’ve coached people through career advancement, job transitions, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, food and body challenges, and personal and spiritual growth. I’ve coached leaders to communicate more effectively, develop their authentic voice, and speak confidently to rooms of thousands or to an audience of one.
I see the potential and opportunities in places you feel blocked. I make the space to hear your inner voice more clearly. I help you strengthen your inner resources so you are more successful out in the world.
I completed my coaching education with the Co-Active Training Institute, the industry’s most rigorous and respected training program, and earned a Bachelor’s of Journalism from the University of Washington.
How I Coach
I bring curiosity without judgment to every conversation and listen deeply to what you say (and don’t say). I ask the questions that shake up how you usually think so you can see your life and what’s possible for you in new ways. Together we’ll discover or reconnect with who and how you want to be at home, at work, in relationships, or any other area of your life.
In addition to incorporating mindfulness and meditation practices into my work, I’m passionate about applying the latest learnings in neuroscience about how we can rewire our brains to live more fully and make meaningful, lasting changes.
