An eight-week course
If you experience challenges with emotional eating habits, cycle between restrictive diets and binges, or want to bring more awareness to what and how you eat, this course will help you transform your relationship with food into one of ease, joy, and freedom. Having recovered from my own challenges with food through mindful eating, I speak from direct experience that it’s possible to change your relationship with food.
You will learn how to feed your body with what it wants. reconnect with your hunger cues, and walk away with practical ways to make peace with food in your everyday life. On a deeper level, we’ll identify and work with beliefs about food, eating, and your body that no longer serve you and uncover how to use your relationship with food as a doorway to physical, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment.

A six-week program
